At the end of 2020 we completed a beautiful distribution centre for Spar in Umtata. 

A large warehouse and offices for Absto in Cornubia.

Our industrial park with Avid Architecture in Shaka's Head is complete.

The park consists of a number of blocks made up of mini factories, offices and storage spaces. 

These spaces are filling up and it has been great to see tenants moving in and starting their work.
